Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Utah's Moving and Storage website ("Site") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Services

Utah's Moving and Storage provides residential, commercial, and long-distance moving services, as well as packing, unpacking, labor-only, and specialty item moving services throughout Utah and nationwide. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed upon in your moving estimate or contract.

Estimates and Pricing

Moving estimates provided by Utah's Moving and Storage are based on the information you provide about your move. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was described during the estimate process, including but not limited to:

• Additional items not disclosed at the time of the estimate.
• Access difficulties at the origin or destination (narrow stairways, long carries, elevator restrictions, etc.).
• Additional services requested on moving day.

Any changes to the estimated price will be discussed with you before additional work is performed. We do not engage in bait-and-switch pricing practices.

Liability

Utah's Moving and Storage carries appropriate insurance and is fully licensed (License #11735591-0160). Our liability for loss or damage to your belongings is governed by the valuation option you select prior to your move:

• Released Value Protection: Basic coverage included at no additional charge, covering items at $0.60 per pound per article.
• Full Value Protection: Enhanced coverage available for an additional fee, under which we are liable for the replacement value or repair of lost or damaged items.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe following your move. Detailed claim procedures will be provided with your moving agreement.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice will not incur a fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling and preparation costs.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
